The different rates of economic growth, or indeed the contraction that we see all over the world with greater volatility, made it difficult for companies to create and implement new growth strategies. The growth of any successful company provides for its structural filling. The departments and sub-divisions are expanding, numerous branches are appearing, the staff of the organization is growing at the same time.
This leads to problems related to communication, information exchange, labor cohesion, motivation of employees, and it is very difficult for management to overcome these barriers.
